Yardwork...
The past two days have been full of it. It started by thatching the lawn on Monday night. This meant that a whole lot of picking grass up the next morning. My dad and I started at 9:30 and worked until about 1 picking up grass. Not done yet...since we already had the ground stirred up a bit and rain coming we decided it would be a good time to put fertilizer on. Not my ideal spring break, but it isn't so bad because it meant a couple things:
1) I stayed busy with something to do. I would much rather be working on something than do nothing....mmmm most of the time.
2) Spring is here. Which means college will be getting out soon and warmer weather is on the way:)
3) And with spring/summmer comes BBQ chicken. So my dad and I got out the new grills and got them ready.

yardwork is good for the soul. and since it's pretty much your summer job, you can just consider it a warm up! :)
ok, I'm ready for some of that awesome chicken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Maybe you should do a trial run on that, just to make sure the grill is ok!
